Our story

Built by IT people who believe support should feel personal.

Everything IT began in 2010 with a straightforward idea: organisations should be able to rely on their technology without having to manage every technical detail themselves.

Our team has grown organically alongside our clients. Today, our engineers, security professionals, project specialists and procurement experts support more than 300 companies across Ireland, Europe, the United States and Canada.

For some clients, we operate as their complete outsourced IT department. For others, we strengthen an internal IT team, deliver specialist projects or provide the expertise needed at a critical stage of growth.

  • Managed IT support shaped around each organisation
  • Strategic projects delivered without unnecessary disruption
  • Technology and procurement decisions tied to business value

Growing with our clients

Our capabilities have expanded as the organisations we support have become more connected, distributed and security-conscious.

How we work

Responsive when something breaks. Proactive before it does.

Technology support should not begin and end with closing tickets. Our team works to understand the organisation behind the systems: its users, risks, priorities, growth plans and tolerance for disruption.

Most everyday issues can be resolved quickly through the helpdesk. When a task genuinely requires someone on site—such as a network installation, migration, hardware failure or office move—our engineers travel with a defined scope and a clear plan.

Unlike providers where leadership becomes distant as the company grows, our senior team remains actively involved in architecture, security, quality, procurement and client outcomes.

Proactive management Monitor, maintain and improve—not only react.
Clear communication Explain the issue, impact and next step without unnecessary jargon.
Security by design Build security into decisions instead of adding it afterwards.
Continuous improvement Use feedback and evidence to make service stronger over time.
The values behind the service

How we make decisions when nobody is reading the company values page.

Values matter when they shape daily behaviour: how an issue is owned, how a difficult message is communicated and how consistently a promise is kept.

01

Integrity, honesty & accountability

We build trust through responsible action, direct communication and ownership of the outcome—not by shifting responsibility when a problem becomes difficult.

02

Expertise, innovation & leadership

We invest in technical knowledge and encourage thoughtful ideas that produce stronger, simpler and more resilient solutions for clients.

03

Respect, commitment & simplicity

We respect users’ time, value our engineers and turn complicated technical decisions into clear actions that organisations can understand.

04

Quality, learning & improvement

Quality is a working discipline. We review performance, learn from feedback and keep refining the way support and projects are delivered.

What clients should expect

Technology decisions made with the business outcome in mind.

Our ultimate goal is to help clients maximise the value of their technology investment through quality, accountability and service that remains responsive as requirements change.

Responsive support

Users receive practical help and clear updates, while recurring issues are examined rather than allowed to become normal.

Commercial awareness

Recommendations consider security, performance, user experience, lifecycle cost and the organisation’s actual priorities.

Quality and security

Our ISO 27001:2022 certification supports a disciplined approach to information security, service quality and continual improvement.
