Cloud Computing & Microsoft 365 Managed Services for Irish Businesses

Moving to the cloud is rarely the hard part. Keeping it secure, affordable, and genuinely useful afterwards is where most businesses struggle — licences nobody tracks, files scattered across three systems, and a monthly bill that grows every quarter without anyone knowing why.

We design cloud environments around how your team already works, migrate you with minimal disruption, then manage the whole thing so it stays fast, secure, and predictable.

Microsoft 365 for Irish businesses

Most Irish businesses already own more Microsoft 365 than they use. We help you get the value out of what you are paying for.

That starts with a licence review — it is common to find people paying for E3 seats doing Business Standard work, or dormant accounts for staff who left months ago. From there we set up the parts that actually change how people work: Teams structured so conversations are findable, SharePoint organised so nobody emails attachments back and forth, and OneDrive configured so files survive a lost laptop.

We handle migrations from on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, or older Microsoft tenants, including the mailboxes, the shared drives, and the permissions that usually cause the headaches.

  • Tenant setup, configuration, and security baseline
  • Email, file, and SharePoint migration from your existing system
  • Licence review and right-sizing so you stop paying for seats you do not use
  • Multi-factor authentication and conditional access policies
  • Ongoing management, user onboarding, and support

Azure and cloud infrastructure

When Microsoft 365 is not enough — line-of-business applications, databases, or servers that need to live somewhere — Azure gives you infrastructure without the hardware.

We move workloads off ageing on-premises servers into Azure environments sized for what you actually run. That usually means a lower total cost than replacing physical servers every five years, with the added benefit that capacity scales when you need it rather than sitting idle.

Cost control matters here. An unmanaged Azure environment gets expensive fast. We size resources deliberately, set up monitoring so you can see what is costing what, and review it regularly rather than letting the bill drift.

  • Migration of servers, applications, and databases to Azure
  • Virtual machine and storage sizing built for your actual workload
  • Backup and disaster recovery configured and tested
  • Cost monitoring and periodic right-sizing reviews
  • Hybrid setups where some systems need to stay on site

Cloud services are not a backup

Microsoft 365 will faithfully replicate a file your accounts manager deleted by accident, and its default retention window is shorter than most businesses assume.

We put proper backup behind your cloud environment — mailboxes, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data — with retention that suits your industry and regulatory obligations. Then we test the restores, because a backup nobody has ever restored from is a hope, not a plan.

Migrating without the disruption

The reason businesses put cloud migration off is fear of the week it goes wrong. Fair enough — a badly run migration means lost email, broken permissions, and a team that cannot work.

We do the discovery first: what systems you run, who uses what, where the dependencies are. Then we migrate in planned stages, usually with the cutover outside working hours, and we stay on hand through the first days afterwards when the real questions come up. Your team gets told what is changing before it changes, not after.

Why Irish businesses work with us

We are local. Our engineers are Dublin-based and travel on site across Ireland. Remote when it is faster, in person when it is not.

We are independent about it. Not every business needs a full Azure migration. Sometimes the right answer is Microsoft 365 done properly and the servers left alone for another two years. We will tell you that.

Security is built in. Our information security practices are certified to ISO 27001:2022, so the way we handle your data and access is independently audited — which matters in finance, healthcare, or any regulated sector.

We stay after go-live. Migration is a project. Cloud management is ongoing, and that is the part that determines whether this was worth doing.

📍 We provide cloud consulting and migration support to businesses across Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, and Waterford, with on-site engineers available throughout the Republic of Ireland.
